Gets the job done
I ordered this for an outside job I needed done straight away. I was not disappointed. It had great suction and anything that could fit, got sucked up and into the chamber, including fairly large pieces of cement. I had it running, almost continuously for 30 to 45 minutes and it didn’t overheat. I also love how there are so many places to put the different attachments on the body. I’ve only had it for one day so, hopefully it keeps performing for a long time.

Broke down again
Crappy product, has broken down twice in under 1.5 years or purchase with moderate home use. The cord length is awfully short and is excessively loud. Not expected from a German brand but it seems it is only the label now and getting it manufactured elsewhere with poor quality controls.

The tube came off after first use. Loved it until this happened was so disappointing as it was amazing for the bit I could use. How do I get this resolved as it was used once and I’ll loose out one star for how soon it came apart. As seen it photo it look like it was glued together. How do I get a replacement or refund

Very effective vacuum cleaner.
My husband bought this primarily for the cars, but he uses it in the house and it brings the carpets up like new. Its the most effective vacuum cleaner we've ever had and less heavy and noisy than a Henry we once had. Quite noisy, but not as noisy as the Henry, but worth it for the performance.
