I highly recommend these insoles - they are a fantastic upgrade to my support-less shoes. The insoles have the size outlines on them so you cut them down to the right size, and then you remove the original insole and replace them with these. The clear size markings are a good guide for trimming, though I ended up having to go back a few times and trim a little more off to make them fit perfectly. The gel cushion under the heel is especially noticeable if you are on your feet all day. They provide just that extra bit of cushioning that makes my feet pound noticeably less after standing all day at work. The inside arch is noticeably thicker than standard shoe insoles (see my video for a comparison). This is super helpful if you have flat feet and provides the additional support I need. The material is also really comfortable. They are cushy enough to be really comfortable, but the insole is firm enough to provide the support I need. Honestly, I had stopped wearing some of my less supportive shoes, and then I found these and its completely transformed them to my favorite shoes. I love these insoles!

I absolutely love these insoles for my running and nursing shoes. I have flat feet so no matter what I am wearing (hokas, vans, even barefoot) my arches and ankles get sore after standing for a while. These insoles completely change the game and you can feel the support on your arches without feeling like they’re digging in too much. I put four stars only because they do not last very long and you can feel them get thin and lose support after 2-3 months. However, they feel so good before that happens that they are worth buying again and again given the fair price. Never had any problems with slipping in the shoe, and they don’t cause any odor

These helped my over pronation for a little while, but did lose their support after only a couple of months, making them less effective. They were easy to size for my shoes, so that helped! They didn’t feel too bulky also, so that was a plus

Didn't fit my shoe even after I cut it.

First of all, I put a women's size 6 to 10 in a size 10 1/2 shoe and it was at least 1/2" too long. I didn't want to cut so I could return. Multiple issues in the minute I had it on my foot: 1. My arch doesn't hit where this arch is 2. Way too much lift in the heel area and instead of feeling cushioned, it felt like I was standing on a rock. It also made me feel like I was tilting forward and would fall. 3. The top is like walking on an oil slick. I know I could never walk safely with this even if it fit properly. 4. Definitely did not bring my foot into proper position and was extremely uncomfortable.

I’ve tried several brands for flat feet, but I always come back to Scholl’s. These insoles are among the best you can get without going custom. I can walk for hours in them—they’re a real lifesaver.

Fit perfectly in my Clark wave walk size 10 wide shoes and my loafers. They give me balanced support, as I tend to walk on the other edge and wear out my shoes on that side. They cup the heel for more balance. When I first started using them, the arch support seemed quite high and I was aware of them. I was also aware of my muscles on my calf. After almost 3 weeks of use everything feels normal and my footsteps feel better not out of alignment. Are they for everyone probably not but I feel they are worth a try. I find the description accurate.
