Craig Frames 314GD, Ornate Gold Picture Frame, 20 x 26 Inch

Don’t love that the glass is plexiglass (the smaller frame I ordered is glass) and really don’t appreciate that I had to screw in the brackets and install the wire but when it’s all hung it looks nice and does what I need it to.

Very pleased with the quality of this frame. Just as pictured. Packaging was exceptional! The frame arrived in perfect condition despite the fact that FedEx smashed the hell out of the box and for good measure poked a big hole in it. Looked like someone jumped up and down on it with a pogo stick.

The frame is very nice and it was easy to insert map. The packaging was not over the top, frame arrived with no nicks and glass intact.

Overall great product but the “glass” is actually plastic. I’m sure this is to make it lighter in weight. My plastic came with a couple scratches. Once I put my photo into it, you couldn’t tell. Definitely worth the price.

This frame was easy to handle and looks like a professionally framed picture. I shall buy more!

The frame is very nice and as expected. I recommend replacing the backing if you have anything you want preserved (cardboard is not acid free and will burn art that touches it over time). The price is good and the quality is good. I liked the results! However, I had to give 3 stars due to the wasteful packaging.The 20x28 frame came in a cardboard box with 3 large white plastic straps around the outside even though the box was completely sealed. Inside, the frame was sitting in a secure cardboard base with 3 more large white plastic straps around that. I recycled the straps and cardboard, but what a waste. The extra packaging was completely unnecessary. The plastic straps will likely be rejected by recycling and will go to a landfill or worse end up in the ocean. This can easily be solved by removing the straps completely, and just using cardboard, which is much more easily recycled.

Very pleased with this purchase - great frame and very carefully packaged. Definitely will go back to Craig Frames for additional framing needs.

Received this frame in excellent packaging so nothing would get broken. Frame is pretty and well made. I know the description is truthful that it contains "acrylic facing" which is crystal clear by the way. It's just a lot of money for this compared to others I've purchased. Still glad I have it and will keep it.

Average quality product, does the job. Incorrect size though.
