This water bottle is great! I typically carry around a water bottle everywhere with me and this quickly became my favorite. I love that it’s glass but has the silicone cover over it so I don’t feel worried that it has the potential to break. The bamboo lid is cute and I was surprised to find myself using the lid with the strap more often as it allows me to quickly grab my water bottle in the car or to easily carry around with me when my hands are full. I love that it comes in so many colors and for a good price as well. It does have a smallish opening which is great for drinking but could be hard to clean. Luckily I have a bottle cleaner at home anyway which made the initial clean a breeze.

Great water bottle! Sadly, I broke mine within a week. However, their customer service was excellent. They replaced the bottle within a week at no extra cost after I sent an email. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the issue.

Bamboo lids crack, metal lids leak. Bottle is pretty much useless after a couple uses.

I own two of these bottles, like them very much until the cap failed on one of them. These bottles come with two caps one is solid the other has a strap. One would think it could be carried by the strap but the outer portion of the cap slipped off, apparently not glued well. The bottle fell and broke. This is what you need to be aware of: Although the seller states a warranty for defects, it is impossible to contact them, (made in China) when I reached out to Amazon, they could not provide the seller information but said they would refund me. Next problem, Amazon Whole Foods would not take the bottle back because it was broken, they suggested I contact Amazon Customer Service, what a nightmare that was took a very long time to connect with someone, they finally told me it was refunded and the refund had been used for a purchase that I have no knowledge of and it never showed up in my account in anyway. Stolen refund is what it seems to be. Very unhappy with Amazons response. Warning never request an amazon credit, always request refund to your credit card. Beware of any warranty products that do not display contact information Picture shows the cap still on and the outer shell with strap that separated. If you decide to purchase these bottles don't use the strap cap.
