We were looking for something portable and yet effective to help build upper arm and leg strength as well. This comes in a very nice zip up bag with a hang loop. There’s enough resistance from 10-50 lbs to cover the basics when wanting to keep in shape without a major investment and the fact it takes very little space was a game changer for us. It has handles for hands and legs and even a door pulley which is great to work the upper back! An instruction booklet as well but they’re pretty self explanatory. Seem to be well made and easy to wipe down between uses. This would make a great gift for a traveler or anyone home bound or unable to get to a gym. My ten year old even likes using them to stay in shape between her dance classes and horse riding lessons! They seem very durable!

Had these bands for about 5 years now and they’re still holding up really well. No tears or issues and the resistance feels the about same as new. Definitely worth it.

So far i love these bands! I workout everyday and the bands i previously had were snapping and breaking and i didn’t feel they provided enough weight. I got these last week and so far I’m loving them. They come color coordinated which def helps so I actually know which one i want to use and they come in a pouch that holds everything together. They come with the handles and ankle straps as well so you can use this to train your whole body. Very versatile. So far i love these and would def recommend!

I’ve had these bands for about a week and so far I like them a lot. Product as described on Amazon. Too early to rate durability, so I rated it in the middle. I’ve never had bands before so I can’t compare it to anything else but they seem to be of good quality and are working properly

Okay I've been using them about a week and a half what I really like is the money you save buying these things and you can travel with them and they're very light I plan to do a video showing the results You can take them to work with you you can take them traveling with you During the pandemic dumbbells and barbells were very hard to find if you order those online shipping is murdered it cost so much these are light and easy to ship I'm very effective The only thing that I kind of had a problem with was finding something to hook it up to and I was afraid that it wouldn't work as well as dumbbells but I was wrong You can also use them for setups So they're very light Very effective Don't take up very much room and you're not going to drop them on your toes or injure yourself with them I also love the vendor they're very fast very kind they care about their customer and their business reputation

High quality product that you can take with you and work out right out of hotel room if you are always on the go and have no time to work out at any gym. The tension on the bands is excellent and the construction feels of high quality with actual steel clips and not aluminum. Overall, I am satisfied with this product as I can take the 10lbs band with me and just work out my knees, and elbows, wrist and even ankles for specialized workouts of my joints. Even my mother can work out her knees for her PT of her knee surgery and the doctor approved. No more excuses, I can work out while sitting at my desk!

Being a fitness enthusiast, with regular morning workouts. I have been searching for the right resistance equipment to help with my upper body and leg muscles. These equipment's are great for iron weight replacement. I have been using OlarHike resistance bands for over a week, and i have found easy to setup and with no problems. Doors, cross bars, standing or sitting, they are GREAT TO WORK WITH. Use the bands see and feel the difference.

These bands have exceeded my expectation. They are not cheap and flimsy like a lot of the other bands. The handle is comfortable for gripping, they include door attachments, ankle attachments and a nice bag for convenience. I almost feel like I had a better work out at home with these bands than I do at the gym.
