Read the fun story of two young engineers, Ty and Karlie Omega, and build simple models of the vehicles they encounter on their comical trip to the supermarket. Along this roundabout journey, the kids build various vehicles to help the people in their town solve problems and complete tasks. As you follow the story, you can build models of the ten vehicles in the story. Large, colorful plastic building pieces make it easy for small hands to put the models together. The kids start out by building a minivan to take them to the supermarket. Along the way, they pass a construction site where they build a crane truck to help the workers lift some beams to the top of their structure. As they continue along their trip, they also build a fire truck, tractor, school bus, motorcycle, dune buggy, forklift, ice cream truck, and racecar to help their friends out. This 70-piece science kit combined with the beautifully illustrated 32-page storybook provides an engaging way to teach simple engineering concepts to preschool-age kids. Start laying the groundwork for strong STEM-related skills and comprehension. This kit helps develop fine motor skills, science and math skills, visual-spatial skills, and reasoning and concept development skills. Review: Learn while playing! - I bought this for my son a year ago and he still play with it. He built everything in the booklet, now he creates his own robots. Great toy! Will likely buy their other building sets. Review: Robot kit - My 7 year old grandson loves this kit. He (his mom) sends me a picture each time he makes a new one.

Good buy
Age rating is slightly low for the complexity of instructions but my kids loved it. (6 and 7yr old)

Absolutely worth it
Got this for my 4 year old for Christmas and it was, by far, the gift he played with the most. Itโs months later and he still wants to build contraptions with the parts. Weโve built every robot in the book twice, and each time itโs like he has a brand new toy. 10/10 recommend!

Fun toy!
Purchased this for my 5 year old granddaughter, however her two year old sister loves putting it together too. Great toy for getting them thinking how things go together. Great for hand and eye coordination, etc. I always feel good when I pick a winning toy that they enjoy!

So many combinations
Toddler wanted a boat that ACTUALLY float and this boat did not disappoint. And he can build do many different types of boats. It's a little speedy but we'll worth the happiness it provided.

Missing parts
Missing all the wheels out of the box so I couldn't build any of the vehicles properly with my son.

Pretty rubbish
Honestly one of the worst things we've bought for the kids. The reference to STEM is a bit over hyped. It's like any other mainstream building blocks game with instructions but results in pretty poor vehicles that aren't sturdy. Kids weren't interested. I believe better products are available.
