Where are these gloves manufactured?

"They are made in a factory, down by the river, in CHINA with 10% going to the "big guy"" Hilarious! And true!!

Will these fit a man with big hands and long fingers?

I have fairly large hands and they fit me well.

Will these gloves protect my hands if I work with Acetone and / or Laquer thinner?

The gloves do offer protection, they are chemical resistant, but it is limited. Acetone and harsher thinners will thin and eventually dissolve through nitrile gloves. I do double glove around acetone and petroleum desolates like lighter fluid for light use with those chemicals. If you are going to work extensively with thinners, I would recommend thick chemical resistant Rubber gloves. Acetone can get on these and they will initially protect until they break down just as any non rubber gloves. Depending on what you are doing if you can’t use thick rubber gloves because of dexterity, I know 7 mil or higher nitrile gloves protect a little longer and are even more chemical resistant. Each extra mil protects a little longer, it just depends on how you work around those chemicals and thinners.

How do I know what size to order?

If you are a large person, order the biggest. I would say the sizing on these runs about the same as my cycling and ski gloves. I usually buy large cycling gloves and ordered the large size in these and it was fine. If in doubt, order up a size. These don't feel like they are going to fall off even if a little large for your hand.
