This hip belt is amazing, I was crying from pain while trying to walk or stand longer than a minute. I put in on and started to cry from relive - pain go away and I finally can do things without back pain. I bought it because someone told me that my hips can be the cause of pain - not neuralgia. I think I was misdiagnosed for the last 12 years... Wort buying - really nice done, easy to wear, not moving thanks to silicon straps, and work for pain from hips beautifully.

I bought this as I have problems with my sacrum and sacro-iliac joint. I was recommended another one which I have had before, more expensive, but I lost it and thought I would give this one a try. From wearing it for just 1 day, I could already feel relief and much easier with the pain. I tend to wear it when I am doing jobs around the house or walks etc under my baggy jumper etc. It is easy to use and I felt like it supported me well as you can velcro it up tighter. For me the tighter the better.

I am 47inches around the hips so I ordered the 46-54 which when fully tightened up would fit but I couldn't tighten any more. I then ordered the 32-46 and it's ideal and gives plenty of adjustments so check your sizes. They refunded me without question. The belt itself is very comfortable and does support and helps my back problem of over 40 years especially when I'm doing something standing up. Although it doesn't ride up it does tend to crease up when sitting down for a while but all in all it definitely helps.

I've been suffering with sciatica like symptoms for about 15 years and was diagnosed 6 years ago with a weak sacroiliac joint. Was given exercises to do and told to work on posture but nothing really worked. I bought this belt about 6 months ago and wear it when I'm in bed because it's when I'm lying down the joint starts to separate, and when I try and get up in the morning I'm in absolute agony. 6 months on with wearing it, the joint appears to be much stronger now and I rarely get any symptoms even after doing manual work. There are much more expensive belts out there that promise to help, but I would highly recommend trying one of these first.

I quite liked the wider design of this, but after a few wears, it starts to fold and feels like a tight rope around your SI joint. Even when I take it off and try and flatten it out, it is now creased and hard to make comfortable again. I suggest they could make a version for people who actually have a belly, that would fit properly.

Both of my hips have been replaced due to arthritis and I started having pain in a ligament in my foot about 7 months ago. With my gait being off, I think I've strained my SI joints. Standing in one place for things like cooking dinner or washing the dishes causes radiating pain from my lower back. But the worst is when I try to sleep. If I sleep on my side, my hips ache. If I sleep on my back, my lower back aches. I'm awake every 30-60 minutes in pain needing to change position. I've started to go a bit nutty from the lack of sleep. This arrived yesterday and as soon as I put it on, the constant dull ache went away. I had my first full nights sleep in weeks. I forgot what it feels like to feel truly awake. This is an absolute life saver.

I found this very helpful during my injury. My chiropractor recommended it to me and I have not been disappointed. Strong elastic, adjustable, good quality Velcro. Very helpful for supporting the lower back muscles and spine. But, don't attempt to wear it in the airport - they make you remove it - which, take it from me, is an embarrassing experience!

I originally purchased this belt to help with sciatica but ending using it to help with back strain. I don't think it helped too much with the former but did assist with the latter. Very comfortable and provided heat to the effected areas. Worth the money.

Angenehm zu tragen direkt am Schmerzzentrum anbringen und die oberen Bänder anbringen nach wohlfühl situation. Ich trage es morgens wenn die Schmerzen am größten sind und bin begeistert, durch den Druck lässt der Scherz sofort nach. Bei der Arbeit trage ich langes tshirt oder Hemd und Mann sieht überhaupt nicht das ich es an habe . Prodotto molto buono. Traspirante, ben adattabile al corpo, di facile utilizzo; si riesce a tenere anche durante il riposo notturno in caso di problemi acuti. Controllare bene la misura della circonferenza del bacino anche se la cintura ha una buona elasticità. Appoggiare nel centro del sacro la lista verticale centrale. Regolare la cintuta base, poi agganciare prima una fascia e poi l'altra a seconda della compressione che si vuole ottenere. Ricordarsi che si deve appoggiare alla linea che corrisponde all'angolo di flessione della gamba e, come riferimento, dietro si appoggia alla linea del coccige: quindi deve accompagnare la linea del fianco e legarsi sopra l'intestino sotto l'ombelico.

Tres satisfaite. A recommander. Ne blesse pas comme les autres ceintures car pas de baleines. Souple. Je dois m'habituer a bien la placer. Impeccable au niveau des sacrees. A voir au niveau de l'abdomen pour qu' elle n'ecrase pas trop. Je vais pouvoir diminuer les antalgiques et commencer marche et kine !
