How to clean this pillow?

Dear customer, firstly you need to pull the buttons in the center of the front and back of the pillow outward at the same time to separate the buttons, then open the side zipper to remove the pillowcase, wash the pillowcase by hand or machine, and place the pillow core in a cool place to ventilate. Please remember not to wash the pillow core or exposed it to the sun.

What pin are they referring to in middle of pillow?

Good morning, Grasshopper I looked over the description for the pillow, but, didn't see a reference to a middle pin. In the middle of the pillow is a whole about the size of a ping-pong ball. It may help the pillow stay cooler as well as give for the weight of your head. Since I use the pillow as a side sleeper I position the pillow with the arm supports (for stomach sleeper) closest to the headboard of the bed... as turned the other way was offering too much lift. The pillow stays relatively cool , is not too heavy, is soft yet firm at the same time. I prefer the weight & support of this pillow over that of the water filled pillow that is too heavy and too much like a fiber filled pillow sitting on top of a water pillow. Would this pillow work for pierced ears while side sleeping?

I had to adjust when i left my small earrings on. Not sure how many earrings you have. I only have one. If i have bigger earrings i take them off.
