I originally bought this because it helps with fat metabolism and heart health, but I had a BAD case of the new variant and ended up with that fatigue that just lags and lags. Started taking this with all my supplements hoping it would help my fatigue and OH BOY! My husband and I both took it for the fatigue and feel GREAT! So much clean energy. No jitters. I feel like I can do things again! (If you have ever had the fatigue after being sick... then you know how bad it is).... i wish i could give this 10 stars. I even had a friend tell me I am glowing again after less than a week. Cannot recommend enough! Just don't take it in the afternoon if you aren't planning to work out... because you will stay up late lol
