So thankful for the relief this brings
The taste isn’t great. I put them in the very back of my mouth and swallow quickly. The quality of the product is very good though. It provides so much relief for my silent reflux especially at nighttime while I’m sleeping. I’ve tried pills but this product does a much more thorough job for me. I prefer the caramel over the mint in the chocolate.

Reflux Gourmet is expensive
It is not suitable for me, but I cannot return it. It is expensive, doesn't help me and such a waste of money. The sugar level is so high, it is too sweet! The mint chocolate flavour is awful, the caramel is a bit better. But it is too sweet for those severe GERD/LPR person even to swallow it.

Definitely worth it
so far I am noticing a difference. I haven't had to take any antacids and less gas-x since starting this a week ago! Plus the bonus is the great flavor and easy to take

Helped stop my acid reflux right away
I don't know if I've ever written an amazon review before, but I'm doing it for this product. My doctor recommended RG to me while I was healing after taking a medication for years that wreaked havoc on my digestive tract. RG helped so much with reducing my acid reflux right away and facilitating the healing I was trying to do. It doesn't hurt that I didn't mind the taste at all, or taking it after meals. I wouldn't have used it if my doctor hadn't recommended it to me, but now I've already purchased multiple packs. Strongly recommend

Tube good - travel size should be more affordable
I’m torn on my rating. 1. I love the vanilla Carmel in the tube. I think I it actually works and is totally worth the sugar to make it palatable. 2. I was super excited to see travel size packets. When I went to order them, it said they would be here the next day, but then as I was checking out, it said that it would let me know when they’d ship. A bit of bait and switch. They did not end up arriving in time for my trip. When they finally did arrive 1 tube had exploded in the bag and I had to clean each packet off. Luckily only 1 packet had opened. But the travel sizes are already overpriced so to lose 1 and have a mess to clean up was not good. You need better quality control. And it’s not Amazon’s fault (at least not the delivery) because the bag came in a box.
