At first I had written that the tea didn’t work but I’m coming back to say this tea is amazing. Let me break this down Unlike my other experiences of drinking a whole thing of prune juice when I feel constipated , drinking this was a slow burn. I will say the cramping was no fun at all, I felt like I was going through labor but bloating, constipation was gone . I wasn’t trying to lose weight but I did lose 4-5 pds within a couple of days. I did make 2 tea bags instead of one. The tea tasted great (I got the mango), I drank it at 7 Pm and started feeling the effect at 2 am (will not be doing that again hahah) I’ll either drink it during the day or late at night . My stomach is completely flat now & no more constipation .

While the mango flavor of this tea is pleasant and it has helped me maintain regularity, I haven’t experienced significant weight loss as I had hoped. I’ve been drinking this tea as part of a weight loss plan for several weeks now, but I haven’t noticed any drastic changes in my weight. However, I’ll continue using it for its digestive and energizing benefits

It's very good. I don't like drinking tea, but the mango flavor makes it easier for me to drink it. It took about 5 days, before it started to work. You will get some cramps and you will probably have to use the bathroom, but anything major. In my case I drink it at night after dinner.

I have been on my weight loss journey for awhile but I sometimes slip up on my diet and when I eat too much bread/grease my stomach acts up Chile. Well this tea is honestly helping me feel less bloated. The tea definitely makes you go #2 in 3-8 hours depending on your body and how much you eat/drink. I have been drinking it at 9/10 pm and wake up around 7 am ready to rumble. I usually make my bowel moves in the morning so it helps clean me out and give me that *skinny feeling! It’s been 3 days and I was 185 now I seemed to be losing a 1lb a day since now I am 183. I will keep trying it the rest of the week. Planning to do 1 week on this tea and then take a week break to see how it goes

I started taking the tea for a few days and my stomach would cramp every time. I took it from Monday to Thursday. When I took it maybe 2 hours later i went to the bathroom then a hour later I went again. A few minutes later I went again . Then my stomach cramped up so bad I never felt anything like this before I couldn’t sleep that night .The cramps turned into a major pain in my lower right abdomen. I have never felt anything like this in my life I couldn’t hardly walk. I ended up going to the hospital and was diagnosed with appendicitis. I had to get my appendix removed.have been healthy all my life never been in the hospital for nothing. I know for sure it came from this tea so if you all are experiencing major cramps please stop taking this Asap. I do not want anyone to go through what I went through. You be completely healthy then experience this it’s not worth it I recommend everyone to do major research before purchasing these types of things .
