As someone who was told they have bipolar type 1 and I dont want to rely on pharma meds, I've always used natural methods. Lithium orotate has been my go to. Never tried the sublingual before and let me tell you. Its an immediate feeling. My eyes feel more relaxed right after it dissolves. I've been doing fine without relying on big pharma thanks to natural methods like magnesium glycinate and lithium through out the years. Thanks for a great product.

This product is good but being in tablet form some of them got powdered. But a good product.

The quality of the pills has vastly improved. For the last year or 2, the tablets are intact and no misc pieces. The taste is good too!

My kids love the taste and the way they sizzle a little on your tongue as they get wet. They seem to be helping with behavior and mood in my kids adopted from foster care with ADHD and PTSD. I take off one star because both bottles have a bunch of crumbled tablets at the bottom so I am not getting the full amount and there is a lot of dust at the bottom making it hard to get out tablets without a hand full of dust. But I love that they take these eagerly unlike some supplements and that they are helping. Would be 5 stars if not for the crumbly mess at the bottom of the bottles. Will buy again.
