Don't ignore the reviews about the silicone sticking to itself! I received mine and, in the attempts to get it unstuck, the thin silicone tore. This was before even using the item. I'm hoping the replacement comes without this problem (these might be manufacturer defects (they forgot to powder the inside before storing product) and they might be trying to sell off these defects as good products). The quality seems good if it wasn't for this problem. The silicone bulb itself is thick except for the stuck areas. The douche wand screws into a metal gasket which is attached to the bulb with a very strong, thick band. I'll be very happy with it, if it can arrive without the bulb deformity. Edit: My replacement came in good time. The silicone on the new one was stuck also. I poured boiling hot water into it and slowly, while burning my fingers, I was able to open it up the way it is supposed to be. If anyone else gets one like this, I did have the option of getting my money back, which was great, but I decided to try it again. If you don't have good grip strength and don't want to burn your fingers with hot water - just sent it back. The chances of tearing it are good because of this flaw.

I would like to see the container fill out more
The water doesn't bubble out the rubber container. Maybe after continued use it will do that.

Must be old stock
I received it promptly like it said but when I opened it the insides are all stuck together. I can only guess that the product is old. It’s useless like this. Guess it’s money wasted. Trash can it goes

Portable, good design and well made.
I like the design with the detachable sprout. This is portable and very easy to use. The silicon bulb was sealed in plastic and slightly stuck together when first opened. I easily separated the stuck sides by blowing into the bulb and teasing the sides apart. The material is brand new, soft and supple and very elastic. It's well made, using medical grade silicone. I like how how easy it is to disassemble and pack everything away. A carrying bag and drying hook are included.
