8/7/2024: I wear these at least 3 times a week, and the elastic on 1 pair JUST went out. While they could save costs with lesser packaging (hopefully making them a bit cheaper sock purchase), Feb 2023 to Aug 2024 is the longest my socks have lasted. I will definitely purchase these again. 10/22/23: I originally bought these back in February 2023 and wanted to provide an update. Other than one pair that caught a snag (from me trying to get little plastic piece off from the excessive, my opinion, wrapping) these socks have been the best socks ever bought. I have been in the workforce wearing dress socks since 2003. Most do not last and I have to pull up frequently. These still hold their position. I still think they could save some money in the wrapping / presentation and sell these a bit cheaper, but I guarantee I will be purchasing more. Original: I was skeptical about these socks at first. I have tried so many and have struggled for MANY years over socks (regardless of height) that will sink down on my legs. Even over the calf socks would sink down. But in desperation, I bought a couple of pairs. These socks have truly stayed up and feel very comfortable without my feet sweating / getting overly hot. My only minor compliant are they are fairly expensive. I know you get what you pay for but these do come in extra packaging that do raise the cost so therefore the price. Also, the tags they put on the socks do not rip away very well. Regardless, I will be buying more of these socks and I have gotten rid of all previous socks.

These socks are fantastic. Tight enough so they don't fall down, even with all-day use. Not too tight either. Odor control is great. Looking like a professional. I would also like to add that the company is honest. I only have 1 pair in my 3 pair order. I contacted their customer support, who remedied this issue within a few days. Definitely recommend and will buy again.

The natural color is quite yellow tinted. Almost more of a muted light baby yellow. Very light, but not what I think of when you say neutral! Not a really light oatmeal kind of neutral. We have lots of the Merino ones, including the pink, and my husband has big calves. He is 5'8" and has always been quite fit, but as a professional, prefers over the calf socks. These are very good quality, and have had no flaws in the 30 or so pairs, so far. He has many that at are over 5 years old in the wool, and are still holding their shape, staying up, and no holes at all. The color is just odd for "neutral!"

So far, I really like these socks. I chose them because of their higher wool content and hope they will last longer then some I have had previously.

I wear a size 9 mens shoe, with fairly skinny calves, and the foot of the sock is loose, but the calves and top band are tight. Washed in cold water inside out and let air dry to see if there is any shrinkage. Love the feel of the materials.

I've had these for a couple of months now, and can say that I'm much happier with these than the Gold Toe socks I bought earlier. Those shrunk and began to look fuzzy nearly immediately. These have resisted shrinking and still look great. I'll buy more of these in the future.

Adepte des tenues soignées, j’ai testé ces chaussettes côtelées en laine mérinos mi-bas (hauteur genou) dans plusieurs contextes. C'est un immense coup de cœur. Elles cochent toutes les cases de la chaussette haut de gamme. Points Forts : La coupe mi-bas parfaite : Le fait qu’elles remontent jusqu'au genou est un énorme avantage. Non seulement elles restent parfaitement en place toute la journée sans jamais glisser sur le mollet, mais visuellement, cela reste totalement invisible sous le pantalon. Une polyvalence surprenante : Elles s'intègrent aussi bien dans un style décontracté avec un jean brut que de manière plus formelle avec un pantalon habillé/de costume. La laine mérinos : Le confort thermique et la gestion de l'humidité sont exceptionnels. Je les porte même en été sans aucun problème de surchauffe ou de transpiration. Le pied reste au sec et à la bonne température. Finition globale : Le tricotage côtelé est fin, élégant et respire la qualité. Point faible : Marquage éphémère : Si je devais chercher la petite bête, je noterais simplement que la petite écriture de la marque imprimée sous le pied s'est effacée très rapidement dès les premières marches. Cela n’impacte absolument pas le confort ni l'esthétique visible de la chaussette, mais c'est à noter. En conclusion : Un investissement que je ne regrette absolument pas. Si vous cherchez des chaussettes élégantes, durables, qui régulent parfaitement la température et surtout, qui ne passent pas leur temps à tomber, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. J'en ai même racheté plusieurs depuis. Je ne porte plus que ça !

The socks are amazingly comfortable and nice. The sad part is upon unpacking and checking. One of the sock has a hole.

I’ve bought 3 pairs of these socks so far. The fit is great, they stay up all day and don’t fall down. Some extra care is required l, like washing in a garment bag and hanging to dry but in my opinion it’s well worth the extra effort. I had an issue where the first pair of socks I’d bought started to unravel at the top hem. I reached out to Boardroom’s customer service and received a prompt reply. I really appreciated their response time and the explanation as to why the product was unravelling. Within a week I had 2 socks sent to me as a replacement along with a letter again explaining the issue and apologizing for it. I’ll for sure be purchasing more of these socks!

I bought this pair of socks for about $20 expecting that it is a high quality item. However, after wearing it for ONE day it was ripped off.

These are thin walled and very comfortable. They hug my calves right to the knee crease, and almost feel like compression socks (though not quite so tight).
