I'm 6'6", 300lbs, I wear a 7 5/8 fitted hat and they fit great!

What is the frame width?

I don't have an answer in measured MM, but I have a big head/face (I wear a size 7 3/4 fitted hat) and these glasses fit great. Also, the frames are a super lightweight plastic, that has some flex to it as well, so theyre super comfortable...

Do these sunglasses come with a case?

Yes, they come with a case I’ve had my sunglasses for three weeks now and they are well worth the price

Will they fit a big head?

Yes, I’ve been told I have a big head and they fit me fine, and the sides can flex out.
