These are a must have if you are going to do an all out body workout,marathon,anytime you are going to be pushing your body to the limit. The flavor is nice and refreshing. My husband and I bolth did CrossFit classes together he always brought one of these for after his workout and swore by them. I thought it was just because he doesn’t like just plane water. I love water so I just always drank a lot of water before, during and after the workout. One workout at the end I got really dizzy about to pass out. My husband said sit down and ran to the car and grabbed his fitaid and had me drink it. I chugged it down and I am not joking I completely felt better. No spinning, no dizzy, reenergizing. I literally went from about to pass out to feeling completely fine like I could workout again just by refueling my body with the nutrients ingredients in the fitaid! From then on we were both taking one to our classes. We have also taken them when we have gone to Vegas to replenish good contents after being up all night. All around they are just a good recovery drink when you have exhausted your body. The flavor is refreshing and I like that the can is medium size. So you don’t have to chug down a huge large can and make your stomach sick after a hard workout just to get hydrated. This packs a powerful hydration recovery punch in just the right size.

By far my favorite recovery drink post workout or any hot activity. One of these fresh from the fridge following high effort activity is one of my greatest pleasures. It tastes wonderful and genuinely feels as though it refreshes me. Is it magic? no, but it does wonders for my body in ways no other recovery drink has and so I'll keep drinking these and loving them!

I've been drinking FITAID recovery drinks after my workouts for a while now, and this has quickly become my favorite flavor. It's refreshing and does a great job of helping me recover post-exercise. The blend of ingredients seems to work well, and I can definitely feel the difference in my recovery time and overall energy levels. This drink will definitely be a staple in my post-workout routine going forward. My only gripe is the price; it's a bit on the high side. However, given the benefits and how much I enjoy the flavor, it's worth it for me. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and tasty recovery drink.

Our kids are athletes and this has been an autoship staple for years at our house. We have them drink after practice and in the morning to pre hydrate. The vitamins help restore without the sugar of Gatorade. Of course, it doesn’t taste as good and sweet as Gatorade either.

In the past I have made my own recovery drink mixes, but after moving to Australia I found the ingredients harder to source. This drink has all of the good stuff that I would use in my own recipes, is low on sugar/calories, and is far far better than any of the awful "Sports Drinks" on the market.

My drinks came frozen my cans were all swollen and one had burst, I know it’s cold outside but this shouldn’t happen I paid $80 for these. Not a happy customer
