Used these to spatchcock a turkey breast for smoking. Cut through rib bones cleanly and even cut into the breast bone to help lay open the breast halves. Excellent grip. Sharp blades. I like the safety lock.

Sharp shears. Cuts through chicken bones right away. Rust proof. Durable. Easy to clean. But not comfortable to use.

They are so good I bought another new pair for my bride and put her good psi in my shop.
