Great juicer that is easy to use and clean
This is much easier then the press down juicer I had before. Build quality is great. It will squeeze oranges and limes easily. Smooth handles still provide good grip and the strainer will catch all the seeds. Great value and easy to use. Cleanings also easy as the unit is made of 2 separate parts. So there are no hinges to get loose.

Good idea poorly designed
Easy to use and clean. When squeezing a fruit, put the stainless part into a cup when squeezing because the juice will shoot in various directions. This tool will vertually give you all of the juice that the fruit has to give. Not much left at all. Very happy Update: this product has plastic threads that can jump off its track if you press a standard sized lemon. I squeezed about 10 lemons and now it won’t press all the way down due to the threads jumping off its track. Useless now. Should’ve been all metal.

Love this citrus press
The citric press is the best one I have ever used. I have arthritis in both hands and cannot use the traditional citrus press. This one utilizes the arms and I love the way it spirals down. It’s easy to use and doesn’t hurt my hands.

Mostly great, but hard to store and not so durable
I’m about to order my second one of these, though admittedly, not after looking for an alternative. First one lasted a year and a few days, and I’m really disappointed it hasn’t lasted longer. I really think that because these are similar in price to a lot of metal ones that hold up for years, these should last longer. But I do use it daily, so take that into consideration. It lasted me about 370 days. And I’ll add the reason I choose this over those hinged metal ones (I used to have one for many years) is that it’s important to me to be able to run it through the dishwasher and this one requires less effort to mash the lemon more effectively. Pros: Works really well, easy to use, gets every drop of juice, easy to clean (dishwasher safe) Cons: 1. broke just after a year. One of the plastic pieces that secures the two parts together snapped off. I feel like it should last longer, but I do use it daily. 2. Hard to store. It’s incredibly large and bulky. I’m glad I use it every morning because it comes out of the clean dishwasher, gets used at breakfast, and then goes right back in. (I drink warm lemon water each morning.) If I had to find a place to store it in my tiny kitchen, it would be a problem. 3. There’s nothing to catch seeds or bits of pulp, and they do fall through the large holes. My workaround is I set this juicer in a small tea strainer that fits in the top of my mug. The tea strainer catches seeds and any bulky pulp bits.

Best I've ever used!
Much better design than the ones you see everywhere. Just make sure to hand-wash! Joseph Joseph products have been excellent. Hope they keep up the good work and innovative design!

Not Quite the "Twist" on Juicing I Was Hoping For
I was initially pretty skeptical about whether a plastic-and-nylon gear design could really beat a classic metal press, but the Joseph Joseph name brand and the unique helix design eventually won me over. I ended up buying it thinking it would be the ultimate ergonomic upgrade for my kitchen. I really wanted to love the concept, but after using it for a while, I’ve had to go back to my old ways. What’s to Like (and What’s Not) On the surface, it’s a stylish piece of kit. If you primarily care about the color, design, and having a name brand on your counter, it looks the part. However, the "ergonomic" claim feels like a bit of a stretch. In reality, it’s bulky and heavy, which makes it feel more cumbersome than "easy-squeeze" when you're actually in the middle of prep. The biggest letdown, though, was the efficiency. You'd expect a high-end design to maximize output, but I was consistently getting maybe 60% of the juice. I found myself having to either throw away the wasted fruit or—defeating the entire purpose—manually squeezing the rest with my hands. The Downside The final straw for me was the durability. For the price I paid, I expected high-quality construction, but a peg actually broke off during use! It’s hard to justify the premium price tag when the mechanical parts don't hold up to standard kitchen tasks. The Verdict If you’re looking for a light, high-quality, and high-output juicer, you should probably look elsewhere. While it looks great, it just doesn't deliver the 90-95% juice extraction you'd expect for this investment. Unless the aesthetic is your #1 priority, this one is a disappointment.

Easy to use!
This citrus press is a sturdy plastic that's durable, functional and doesn't bend when I press lemons. Quick to use, I can cut a lemon in half, pop it into the press, twist and there you go lemon juice! There are no sharp edges and the texture is easy to grip.

A nice design but a bit weak in the strength
So decided to get this as hands are getting old and I needed to replace one I broke, it arrived yesterday and we are returning it today because it is a bit flimsy in an odd way; when you are squeezing it wants to stretch open and cam out of the slots, this occurred even on small pieces of whatever you want to juice with light to medium pressure (? best way to describe it for me) . I can't speak to its ability to juice something fully as I was unable to make it that far but it did seem to be a lot easier on the hands than a traditional citrus juicer. As this item sits I cannot recommend it to anyone simply because of the design weakness. Even steel will stretch the same (albeit permanently) but it will take much more force to do so, if it were to be redesigned with a reinforced ring to mitigate this stretching I would be happy to try this again but this problem needs to be solved first. Design is great except for the issue I and others have experienced, the cost is a bit pricy but to be expected for a home decor brand, it absolutely was easier on the joints but even light pressure caused it to cam out. I believe that the issue can be resolved with a slight redesign, maybe a thickened steel ring molded into the lip of the steel cup before the handle is attached, but I think I would like to actually see the fix rather than take something on a word.

It really does work better.
Having struggled to juice my lemons for recipes in the past, I saw this and decided to get it based on the 3-4 star reviews. Right off the bat, the item seemed to be made of very sturdy plastic with metal cup. I placed the first lemon half into the device and inserted the other half on top as per instructions and gave it a go. It was easier than I thought to pull the tool arms together to squeeze the lemon juice out, but there was some resistance, just nothing too terrible. I was honestly impressed with how well it worked. I like to add dried lemon peel to my dishes that I prepare, so after grating off the peel, I put the lemon-half in the device and found it compresses slightly easier. The only downsides I can see with this tool, are that the pulp squeezes out through the openings in the cup, but they can been dealt with easily. The other issue I have had once already, is that if the lemon you wish to squeeze is too big, it won't fit. The cup fits a 7cm (2.75") diameter lemon max. I had an 8cm lemon and I had to cut off the edges a bit to make it fit. It also cleans up really quickly too. I am very happy with this and it has made my lemon-squeezing easier, I am so glad I bought this.

Sağlam
Malzeme kalitesi sağlamlık hissi veriyor; parçalar esnemiyor, bükülmüyor. Temizliği de oldukça pratik, suyun altında hızlıca toparlanıyor.

Robust, but not full helpful, remains 20% of juice inside lemon
The material is good, feels robust, but functional it is not useful for me It may give some help for certain lemon sizes, but you cannot put orange Besides you have to put the sliced lemon upside down, and still there going to be some space between the pressure and the lemon So finally you get only 70-80 % of the juice I will try another type of Joseph Joseph Citrus press, as I liked the quality
