This stuff is fab - I love the taste. I’m spark out soon after but I don’t feel groggy the next day! So it’s a total win winI use to have b12 issues iron issues now I just have this whole brand in my cupboard kids have it when on the brink of poorly keeps it away - I couldn’t recommend all their honeys more than I do!!! I haven’t been poorly in years with this in my cupboard :)

I have bought this several times on subscription and have also bought some for my friend as I found it so good (and she reports the same). I have always had trouble sleeping - with frequent waking and huge difficulty falling back asleep - sometimes only managing 3 to 4 hours sleep over a night. I now have a mug of hot sleeptime honey drink about 30 mins before going to bed. I find that I fall asleep easily but more important, although I still wake in the night, I now find it much easier to fall back to sleep and have consistently increased the amount of sleep I get over a night. I am of the opinion that this product absolutely works for me - and my friend says the same.I will say that it has a slightly weird smell but get past that, make a mugful and you will find that the taste is lovely.

I have always been a terrible sleeper. I have been taking this honey 5 days and thought give it a try. I have slept well for the 5 days and don’t wake in the night. Well done Just Bees.

Can’t say it’s helped me sleep but the taste is pleasant

It certainly helps my wife to go to sleep but the smell and taste is not at all pleasant.

Really made it easier to fall asleep and when I didn't take it noticed the difference immediately. I've never been able to sleep well. It takes forever for me to fall asleep and I will wake up at least three times through the night. This has actually helped me to fall asleep and while I still wake up through the night I can get back to sleep easier. I prefer it in warm milk to using hot water. The smell other reviews mention is the valerian. Valerian has a very distinct smell to it, its not a pleasant smell but it is less noticeable in milk than in water or just off the spoon. I found the taste to be much better than it smells and it helps me fall asleep. I'll be buying more. Really is a very good product.

Tastes nice but doesn’t help with sleep🙄

I was a bit sceptical when i found this i must admit but i thought well give it a go well i absoloutly love it and have never slept better

Erleichtert das einschlafen. Sehr süß im Geschmack.

Der Tee wirkt und Hilft.Allerdings nur bis zu 5 Std.

Sicherlich Geschmackssache, aber lecker isses nicht und für die Größe auch ziemlich teuer.

Ich finde das super.
