DTF Powder, White Hot Melt Adhesive for DTF Transfers, 16 oz

This powder is actually really amazing! We are a printing company and have been using it for our customers custom shirts and they have never complained about it. Cures great and we do a double press. First press to adhere and then second press to make sure it stays. It will be clumpy when you first open due to storage and settling, but all you need to do is break it up and you're good to go. I usually just use the top of one the empty ink bottles to break it up. You could definitely use a sifter. We put this stuff to the test too. We've been putting the shirts we press it on in the washer and dryer, no cracks or lifts.

Works great for my dtf prints

I bought this item just so I can try the DTF sublimation hack. I watched a video on Youtube by CrystalAnn. The hack does work. Remember print on the matted side. Depends what printer you have you will have to tape the DTF film to a piece of paper. It's a new learning curve that does work but please remember to do your research. I did a test on these and it does not work on dollar tree mugs or acryllic .

I use on wet Sublimation Inked prints to help apply to my items. This powder word like a charm. I have used for quite some time and not had any issues with it. Would recommend you try for yourself. Thanks.

So, quality-wise, I have produced over 2 dozen shirts so far (I am still in my learning phase of starting my own T-Shirt/stuff design biz), and this powder has consistently worked well. I have never used any other. I don't know if there's much of a difference? Yes - it clumps - a lot. But, I've just learned to shake it up hard before pouring it out. Adding powder to a dtf print-sheet is a little more "messy" than all the clean & beautiful Youtube videos show (I wish content creators were more honest), or maybe it takes getting the hang of it, I don't know? Either way - I run it through the oven at 120 degC, 200 seconds, and it melts evenly and perfectly every time (as long as your coverage is solid - you miss a spot - it stays missed). And, it bonds to the shirts very well. I am having some feedback from folks that they can really "feel" the DTF print on the inside of their shirt, but I've checked other folks' stuff and honestly, I don't see a difference. So, yeah, I'm happy with this, although it is a tad expensive and I am not sure yet how many shirts I will realistically get from one container, yet? (I've started to realize that it is currently half full, but that's because it wasn't "full full" to begin with). I am ordering a second container here, soon, just to make sure I have plenty on hand!
