Where manufactured? Any ingredients imported from China?

I have several of their products, including Optimal Multivitamin Methyl One, all are manufactured in Bellingham, WA (USA). If you're new to methylated folate, you might also consider their Optimal Multivamin. The dose is 8 capsules, and I find that smaller doses, 1-2 capsules in a day, works great, versus always defaulting to 1 heavier dosed Optimal Vitamin Methyl One. Both are great, it's just helpful to have options to adjust the dose.

What minerals are in this multi-vitamin?

Zoom in close to read. : ) It is an excellent multi-vitamin--especially for people with the MTHFR gene variation. That said, it would seem good for anyone in search of a well formulated, well absorbed multi-vitamin.

This formula is only a one a day multivitamin which limits the amount of nutrients that can be added to create that serving size. My bottle has the label "Multivitamin One." The ingredients contain methylated B vitamins, which are more easily absorbed, especially for those who have the MTHFR gene variation.
