Great set and value
I love Henkels knives. This comes with a perfect wood block. I wish the slots were horizontal so that the sharp edge doesn't have to go against the wood, but that's a minor detail. I bought a steel separately to round out the set.

Disappointed
I bought these as a gift for my and and her husband. I am unhappy either the thickness of these knives. The paring knife is like a dollar store knife. I wish I had researched this purchase better. I would have gotten a nicer set. Unfortunately they opened everything and through away the packaging so I am guessing I cannot return or exchange. Their old Paula Deen knife set is nicer this one:)

Everything you need in a knife set
Bought these as a gift but I have a set and I love them. It has everything you need and they are really pretty.

Dear customer service is outstanding
I think it’s a good value for the money mine was damaged Due to poor shipping. however it was replaced very quickly. Customer service very good. I would recommend.

Garbage knives, don't purchase!
These knives are just terrible. I purchased another set of J.A. Henckels knives for my daughter that were made in China, these were made in India I think. Both sets came at the same time. My daughters were the 7pc. self sharpening block J.A Henckels International. Regardless, I compared the China made verses what I got and the difference was insane. These knives easily bend, feel and look incredibly cheap. The China made were sturdy, had a good balance, good look and just felt like they were made better. After comparing my set to hers, I boxed these up (which I received yesterday) and will be sending them back tomorrow. I have several pieces of J.A. Henckels cookware and they make great products. These knives are NOT a representation of their products! There is no way they would put their honest name on this crap. I could have purchased these knives at the dollar store for a few bucks. Garbage.
