Excellent product - stays in place when running and so comfortable.
After my old bluetooth Mpow running ear buds which were linked by a stiff flexible band 'finally' failed (basically fell apart due to use) I bought the Mpow Cheetah. Sound was ok but the connecting wire seemed to pull the ear buds out when running. Only used them 6 times and tried every tip combination. So researched and found these JLab Go Air. Fantastic! Used on holiday in France and now back home in the UK. Takes a bit of practice with the tapping the left and right to change sound level etc. but very pleased. I do get external sounds intruding, but running on country roads this is a real good safety for me so I can hop out of the way of cars before they get to me, (well not so sure about being able to hear EV's!). The charging carry case is fantastic. Small to carry and charges as soon as you have replaced the buds. I have only marked the sound as a 4 star because although it is great for me, I am not an expert and I don't expect super high quality sound for the price nor do I want it when running. So far no complaints. Link/Pair to all phones I have tried them with and left and right stay connected. 08/07/2022 update. Went out on a 10 K run at the weekend. As I run through the countryside, part way I chose to turn off the buds, (easy, just a double tap on the RH side), to listen to the wildlife. At the 5 mile mark I suddenly remembered that they should still be in my ears. I had to reach up and touch them to be certain they were still there, and yes they were. So definitely comfortable and a keeper :)

Solid budget headphones
First of all, the build quality for the price is excellent. They feel well made and not cheap at all. I love the colour, and they are comfortable when wearing. I have experienced two or 3 audio drop outs when first connecting them to my device but after that they have worked well. The mics work well for voice calls. The sound is good, clear and the bass is rich, when they are situated properly in the ear. And this is where I have experienced an issue, the earbuds do tend to work themselves out of my ear only enough that you can’t hear the bass well when I run. Perhaps though this is an issue with all in ear headphones when running? It’s not a massive issue as you can easily push them back in as they are hooked around your ear so will never drop off completely. Overall though I’m happy with them.

Have lasted me over a year maybe 2 now
These little pocket headphones have been incredible for what I have used them for. I have never been worried about them falling out the ear or getting rain on them. These headphones certainly do have their moments when the music turns down a significant amount after they wish to be charged up again. However, this is sorted out quickly by re-pairing the headphones and this also very rarely happens. They have lasted my a couple years now and as a result have had a few rather big blows to the case. As shown the case is still in rly good condition and it has held up against everything I've thrown at it. My only real problem is it connecting to my phone, as sometimes it wants me to play around with the settings in order to pair. However, for the price, the comfort is excellent, the sound is excellent and if you're looking for an incredible pair of headphones to get yourself to the gym or for a walk, these are the headphones! Really pleased and have almost never let me down.

I really like these - But I won't buy again.
You can read below my earlier experiences with these earbuds. This is updated 30/4/24 I really wanted to like them. I did like them. BUT THEY WILL NOT LAST. THEY WILL FAIL. I got my last set on 30/11/23 and they worked fine until yesterday when one of the earbuds went silent (like last time). The manufacturer offers a 2 year warranty - which is great if you are in the USA, but the cost of paying to return the item to America (and potentially paying import duty on the replacement) makes the warranty useless in the UK. Sadly I'm now looking for a replacement that will last. -Previous review - I had a tough journey with these. The first set's right ear controls didn't work properly. I sent it back. Refunded by Amazon and bought another set. Why? because they fit perfectly; the sound quality is great and I really wanted them to work. Second set arrived but unfortunately, after a few days, one of the ear pieces went silent. I sent it back. Refunded by Amazon, I bought a third set. Why? because when they work, they are brilliant. I held back on writing this review, because of the problems. But I'm happy to report it has been third time lucky and these work reliably well. Despite the problems, and because of how easy Amazon makes it to fix problems, I am happy to recommend them

For the price, fantastic!
I wanted some Bluetooth earbuds specifically for running but didn't want to break the bank. Having read the reviews and done a bit of research, I took a punt on these. Delivery and arrival condition: Fine, no problems Bluetooth Connectivity: Somehow, I managed to connect to each earbud independently which meant I could only listen to one at a time. This drove me mad trying to sort it, eventually working out to unpair each of them and then tap them both 4 x times to get them back into pairing mode. Not forgetting to keep them both buds very close to each other. Once I had them paired they are great, they pair easily and every time I take them out of the box. No issues since. Sound Quality: It's a bit tinny but with some mods to the equaliser and swapping ear covers it is improved. Still not a luxurious velvety sound you'd expect from more expensive models but for me it's a nice enough experience listening to music with these when running or just walking around the house. Comfort: Nice, I barely realise they are on. They stay in place when running and seem to be resistant so far to sweat and moisture from exercising. Download the App: I find the App useful to select equaliser settings and to see battery levels etc. So far, I have tried to avoid inadvertently touching the controls on the buds themselves. They seem a bit fiddly. Battery life: From receiving these, I haven't needed to charge the box since the my original charge, probably at least 8hrs of intermittent use so far, which I'm very impressed with. So not too bad at all, I'm pleased with my purchase! :)

Reliable and nice looking, maybe not so great sounding...
I bought a pair of these to replace some other cheap running buds I had for a few years, one of which got run over by the car. In short: they do a job fairly well. Firstly they look nice, the teal is a subtle colour and the shape is appealing, they look a lot snazzier than you'd probably expect for the price point. They fit comfortably over my fairly large ears but the bud doesn't sit firmly in my ear, despite playing around with the different size tips. With that said I have no problems about the fit overall. The earbuds have three different sound modes that are all fairly lacklustre. Two of them sound very shallow in tone so I'm exclusively using bass boost, despite not preferring an overly bassy sound. They sound fine for when I'm in the office or walking to the shop, but I wouldn't use them for any proper music listening at home. I primarily listen to podcasts, extreme metal or punk, for the former they are fine, but for dense music they lose a good bit of detail and depth. Touch controls are a little finicky, sometimes registering extra taps when trying to adjust volume as I walk alongside a noisy road. The battery life is pretty good, since I bought them in April I've charged them 3 times, usually when I go into the office. No issues with BT connection to my phone. In terms of reliability, absolutely no issues. In fact I recently lost one of the buds on the school run. I was all set to order a new pair of buds but a week later I found the missing bud on a grass patch by the side of the road where cars park. Cleaned it off when I got home and it still worked perfectly! And this was after a week with intermittent rain, and the high probability it got stood on. I'd recommend these if you want something cheap and reliable where sound quality isn't a big priority.

Amazing sports earbuds - great value
Purchased these as they were very reasonably priced with good spec from a reputable brand (also own Go Work headset I use for work). I’m a semi-regular runner and go out 2-3 times a week and will run 5-10k, and enjoy listing to music / podcasts. They arrived promptly and well packaged in a nicely presented small box. Pairing to my iphone was very easy, took seconds to pair and they fit extremely well – having the sports ear hooks keeps the buds firmly in when running. The battery life is great in both the earbuds and the case – I’ve not needed to charge the case up yet and used them pretty regularly. The sounds is amazing for the money – I’ve had a play with the sound settings and there is certainly a noticeable difference with the Bass Boost mode. I tend to change the sounds setting depending what I’m listening too which is a nice feature. Touch controls are good and the mic for calls is pretty good – no complaints from callers. Overall great sports wireless earbuds and would recommend to others.

Another expensive disappointment.
Positives: - Really excellent build quality. Was impressed by how solid and precise the assembly of the product appeared. - They are comfortable. Very rarely come loose or fall out on the couple times is used them before they stopped working. Everything else: (Note- I managed to use these maybe 2 or 3 times before they started giving problems, so review is based on limited experience) - Charging cable is a point of failure that can't be removed or replaced, so even if everything else about this item is working fine, you will have to replace the whole thing. - Sound quality is poor, practically no bass and volume doesn't go much above that of any nearby conversations taking place. If running outdoors near a road, the traffic is louder, and if training in a gym, you will be able to hear everyone elses headphones over these. - Battery life seems ok, but only one ear piece would charge, so effectively the other one was dead after the first use. No amount of jiggling in the charging case could get it to come back to life for more than a minute at a time. - Based on the build quality, my initial impression was that these headphones were good value for money, but as they failed me very shortly after I am forced to admit they are a very expensive addition to my pile of failed earphones. And they failed much quicker than any of the other much cheaper, tackier, lower quality crap from China. Sorry to say, I can't recommend these. Not even a little bit. They get two stars for build quality and fit. That's it.
