Made my first ever gluten free pasta with this mixed with gf flour, great taste.

Great cornmeal
This was such a good cornmeal. I tried the recipe on the packaging (subbed sugar for honey) and poured the batter into a preheated cast iron (I think it's 26-28cm so slightly too big) but it still came out lovely with crispy edges. It baked as expected, no lumps in the flour. Versatile option as it's the stone ground consistency - could make Johnny cakes or cornbread etc. And overall it was a decent price for the size of the bag.
