17"x24" Scratch Off Map of the World - Black

My kid loves doing these. This is the best quality we have tried though. Usually after scratching the colors are faded but the flags on here are bright and smooth!

I love the gold and black elegance of this map. My husband and I have done a little international travelling and now that we will retire and have less income, this will be a memento of every place we have been able to visit. We can sit with coffee or wine and talk about all of the wonderful places we've been! I love that underneath the gold leaf, there are brilliant colors of the countries that you visit. And at the bottom the cutest little flags that you can scratch off to show the appropriate flag - also brilliant colors. My only comment would be that everything is so small that if you wanted to be detailed and scratch off the cities you visited - you know, because you didn't go over the whole country, you can't do that. I suppose you could make a tiny scrape but... I love it! Along with photos, this will be quite entertaining.

I love the map, it gave me a great sense of satisfaction scratching areas I've been to. Also love the black and gold color, I think it makes the map very classy. There are several things to consider however when getting this map. I got the smaller size, and of course being smaller, the size of some countries and states were so small it was difficult to just scratch them and not include other places. I've also had to reference an actual map for some areas as the labeling of some countries make it difficult to figure out which is which (like Indonesia). There were small scratches in some of the flag areas as well. Edit: I've sent picture of the scratches and Landmass replied right away and is sending me a new map. All I can say is that their service is excellent and they definitely go above and beyond what is expected.

Great poster definitely a great gift for the traveler type. Very easy to scratch. It definitely puts your trips into perspective ( as far as how much of the world you’ve explored ). I’ve had basically everyone at my work ask me “where did you get that”? My only complaints are that it doesn’t have the dependent territory flags ( I.e Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc) & that it doesn’t have a precise scratcher. Other than that it’s definitely a good gift/pick up

fun stuff

I bought this as a gift for my stepmom for her birthday. It was the perfect gift for that person who has “everything.” My parents have transitioned from cruises to a camper as their vacation preference and this was this was a great way to see where they’ve been. I am going to look into a US version of this; not sure if this particular company offers that, but if they do I will not hesitate to order it through them. It came in a cool box without any issues. It’s the perfect size (not small and not obnoxiously big) and the quality is unbeatable.

I purchased this map as a neat way to help my 8-year-old see his place in this world. Whenever we read books about a place, or that are set in a place, or about someone from a place, he gets to scratch out that country/area. He's already inquired about Italy (pizza-lover lol). I plan on posting it on a foam board and somehow covering it with a clear overlay that can fold back for him to scratch off countries, but keeps it safe when we move it around. (I realize it could be hung from a wall, but it's much more fun to put in the floor. lol) An excellent bargain! One of my best purchases this year! (We purchased the US Map as well.)

I purchased this to keep track of my past and future travel is 2020. Unfortunately, it hasn't lasted. My travel was impacted by COVID, so there was a period of almost 4 years where I didn't update and scratch off the places I visited. I just tried to update the map and there's an issue with scratching off the covering. This is very disappointing, as I can no longer update my map. This worked very well when I initially purchased it, but hasn't lasted.

We have mounted the map on foam core board and placed it in a frame. It looks great. Takes time and care to remove the countries' cover, but definitely worth the effort. Have not damaged the map when removing the countries' cover. Great product.

Fue un regalo a una persona que viaja mucho

Really cool way to keep track of where have you gone, looks really good hung up on the wall

Me gustó muchi

Perfect size for what we wanted
