Very nice looking faucet, unfortunately it was scratched. I returned it and had to pay return shipping, was not expecting that. Not sure why that is, but I'm very disappointed.

Instructions don't mention that plumbers putty is required in both the drain, as well as the part that attaches to the drain tubing. The latter shouldn't happen on faucets. It works great, no leaks, turns easily, feels like nice quality in this respect. However, this unit is painted, not powder coated or other, and can not withstand wiping with just water. FYI, the instructions say you can not use any cleaning agents, only water to clean it. [UPDATE] the OEM contacted me and offered a replacement or refund promptly hearing my feedback. Great customer service. I should have reached out to them directly first.

Exceptional value, easy installation Faucet looks amazing! I’ll have to find a new mirror to replace the oval mirror I have now, the high arch is most definitely high! The mirror sits too close to the faucet for my preference, I can’t move it up because of the new light fixture I bought to match the faucet and other fixtures....depending on the space between your light fixture and faucet, keep in mind that the arch is high, an oval mirror may not work. The faucet is a great look, very happy with my purchase

After 5 years of having the matte black faucet, I do not recommend this. It is a well made faucet but there are obstacles. First obstacle came in around year 2 with minerals getting clogged though the faucet aerator. This brand did not get back to me so I bought some ridiculous amounted pack online hoping it'd fit and it did but now I've got like 2.2 gallons/min. Even though we do not have children I feel like people just let the water run and do not realize how much is actually coming out. I mean it's a lot you can hear it. That part is a personal problem but I just wanted the same aerator the faucet originally came with and could not get any. Second obstacle is that the paint chips SO easily. The more I clean it the more silver it becomes. It kind of ruins the point of getting a black faucet. I'd recommend the silver one and hopefully you don't have to deal with the aerator issues The pop it is excellent however in year 5 I've noticed there's a very grainy feeling and I can no longer pop it down without opening up the p trap and manually popping it back up. I just leave it open and pull it out when needed. I am currently replacing it as we speak. Not worth the trouble.
