Is this premium as the ceremonial grade? How do I store it when im on the go?

Yes it is a "ceremonial organic." You can store it in any way that you prefer, each stick is individually sealed so you can keep in a backpack, purse, or potentially a back pocket!

I wonder how this matcha might differ in taste, color etc from PIque Matcha tea that is tripled screened for toxins?

This is my go to because I can’t afford the $60 pique matcha. Dr Weil matcha is just as good as pique. It is also screened for toxic chemicals. So I would say this is a good more affordable option for matcha

How much Matcha is contained in each stick?

On the package I'm holding, it looks like: 1.5 G I find that when I mix it in a typical 16.9 water bottle, that it works better if I take a small sip before putting in matcha. It mixes better this way.
