Works well.
Got these to run charging cables through holes in a table I built. They fit perfectly in a one inch hole and they secure the cables nicely.

Covered a flex pipe opening where existing wiring comes out of while leaving wiring intact
Had AT&T Fiber internet installation at my house. They just dug around my front yard and neighbor's front yards to run the cable to my house utility box connection. As part of this, a somewhat flexible 1 inch diameter rubber pipe comes up the ground/dirt where the cable runs out from and then into the side of my house. However, the installers never covered up the rubber pipe where the cable runs out from. So I slit open one end of the cross opening to slide the wire through the grommet and then slide the grommet over the rubber pipe, because I can't disconnected or cut up and re-attach the fiber wiring. So far been working out great, this grommet keeps the wire in place and covers up the rubber pipe opening. For those in freezing weather or heavy rain/wind weather, you can further secure the grommet to the pipe by caulking or glueing the grommet to the pipe, where I live that's not necessary.
