Good product

These successfully treated my iron deficiency.. I could tell by the way my splitting nails started looking better after a couple of weeks. They are vegan, gluten free, and cheap! Take them on a full stomach and with vitamin c for best absorption. I recommend taking breaks from them also as you don't want to overload on iron. Beware though, they start to taste metallic after a while, like iron, which can be unpleasant.. I take them with lemon water or tea

These are small and easy to swallow. No side effects (but everyone is different). I appreciate the price too.

I’ve always had low iron levels and these work well to use as a supplement. They don’t taste as bad as the gummy ones I’ve tried. They do have a slight coppery after taste.
