Works great! Easy install in my van
Easy install - took one of these outlets and installed it in the dash of my Chevy van. This allowed me to hide my GMRS radio out of sight and plug my microphone into this outlet when needed!

Add Ethernet RJ-45 jack where you need it.
Great way to put Ethernet into a solid case/wall/tray. I used it to add an RJ-45 jack to a Lazy-Boy recliner divider/drawer unit. These need a 1" hole in the "hidden" tray. I took the drawer out to get up into the mounting. Added a pre-made cable between the Ethernet wall jack and this feed thru. Works great and adds wired network to my recliner.

A 15/16" (24mm) hole saw is the perfect size
The media could not be loaded. Mounted these to a DJC Supply Co. plastic box for a portable OT lab. Surprisingly, it was a 1-star review that helped the most—someone returned them because they had to buy a 15/16 inch hole saw. That info was missing from the product description, but it ended up being really helpful for me. A simple detail like that should be included upfront!
