Good quality at a reasonable price
I have been using these Kuhn Rikon paring knives for years. They sharpen nicely when needed. They have a good grip handle and are attractive and easy to find in the drawer with their pretty colors. The price is reasonable, too!

I think Kuhn Rikon makes a great living on my knife purchases every year as my family and friends enjoy to misplace them, throw them out accidentally with the veggies they peeled with them, use them as screw drivers (hubby!!!!), drop them accidentally, and break the tip off or during camping trips as plain as it is, they "walk" off premises. So therefore this year I purchased not based on colors I like, I just went for the cheapest price available. I use these knives since forever! I don't remember how I did find them for the first time - so it is very long time! I have carpal tunnel syndrome that ended up with a surgery this year so for me the comfort to hold a tool the size of the handle also the weight and balance is crucial. I recommend this paring knife based on my life experiences but I also recommend to keep them away from family members and friends so you'll enjoy them longer!

Sharp and lightweight
This little knife is great to take traveling (in your checked bag!). The little cover means you can stick it in your suitcase and it won't cut anything else. So if you buy some local fruit or cheese or something, you have a way to cut it and make a nice snack. Again, do not put this in your carry-on! They will throw you off the plane.

A good value for the money
Obviously there are better kitchen knives out there, but not at this price point. This knife has a good edge on it and feels comfortable in your hand. It looks and feels like a good quality knife. I bought this kitchen knife not for my kitchen but for my camping gear, and I am happy with it. A good value for the money.

Great little paring knife, fun color. Incredibly sharp. Immediately sliced open my thumb (user error, not the knife's fault.)

Mine was not sharp!
Not sure if i got a dud or what, but i bought this because all of the knives where I'm staying are dull af. And so was this, right out of the packaging. Hopefully I just got a dud. Other ppl seem to really like these.
