Yes. It keeps on rotating & you can even remove it for cleaning purpose. It is a good product for cold compress.

NO not at all. It is only for cold & hot compress

Steel round rotating ball fixed in solid plastic outer case. You have to hold outer case in hand and roll on the cold or hot ball on affected body part to get relief. It is very effective positive results giving product.
