Impressive low light camera, loud but disappointing speakers
I use Zoom meetings a lot and I have several web cams, all of which were $25 or less because with Camo, you can make any camera look great in any lighting conditions. I wanted to start making videos & needed a better camera so I ordered the Movo Webmic Pro but I was very disappointed with it and sent it back. With the credit I got back from that return & the $7 coupon, I only shelled out $8 for this and I am super impressed with the video quality, especially in low lighting. I'm a dark skinned African American and I can have nothing but the backlight from my computer & you can easily see me & everything else like the lights were on. The autofocus is just as fast as advertised & I have yet to see a blurred or out of focus view of myself or anything within view of the camera for that matter. Center Stage mode is not something that I personally like to use but I do like having the option although I wish the button to activate it was better placed. It's a feature you'll accidentally turn on or off every time you want to adjust the angle of the camera. Center Stagemakes the camera zooms in/out every few seconds while simultaneously panning/tilting the view to follow your face. I have stopped paying for Camo Pro, in fact I completely uninstalled Camo & gave away all my other webcams While it is a plug & play device, there is a camera control software & it isn't the easiest to install but using it is pretty straightforward there are video instructions on the RocWear website to help with installation. The speaker is very loud and good for watching videos of video chatting, however, this is NOT something you would want to listen to music on. The microphone is alright but nothing worth writing more about. I would totally recommend this webcam to anyone. For less than $50 you're getting an HD camera with lightning fast autofocus that works great in the darkest of lighting conditions which a built in speaker that's super loud although the quality isn't on par from what you typically expect from Harm.an Kardon. It's an exceptional great value that I would suggest anyone looking for a webcam.

High level camera that doesn't require you to have webcam knowledge to operate!
Love this camera! I am not proficient in cams but this one could not have been easier to set up and operate. I love the fact that I don't have to move the camera to adjust the scope of sight....there are easy settings in the software that let me pan and tilt without physically moving the camera. i also loved how I can adjust the background to make it brighter or darker or can make the whole view brighter. What really prompted me to buy this was the fact that it can be turned to record in portrait mode which is great for recording videos to use for social media content. And as someone who sometimes believes those horror stories about people tapping in to webcams and watching people....I really appreciate the shutter than can be closed when the camera is not in use. Great camera, great price and insanely easy to use!

Unplug it when you’re not using it.
It work really well. Just make sure to unplug it when you are not using it, because it does listen to you. You will begin to get adds based on your conversations.

Consider the speaker if you have a desktop PC
This is the first webcam I have ever purchased, so I don't have much to compare it to except the built-in camera on my laptop which is 10 years old. I bought this camera for a new Windows 11 mini desktop computer. The PC did not come with a webcam or speaker. I have a much better sounding set of powered speakers to use with my PC, however, I sometimes get RF noise from the amplifier and usually turn these speakers off when I'm not listening to music or watching a video. I was concerned that the noise from my powered speakers could interfere with clean communication on a web chat and possibly create an echo effect. Further, since my other speakers are a separate device, they might fail or otherwise be unavailable. For these reasons, I chose a camera with its own built-in speaker for use on a conference chat. As for the quality, the speaker sounds clear for voice audio. It's not great for music, so it's not really a substitute for stand alone speakers, but I think it's a great product, because it gives me a dedicated speaker for having a live chat session that I feel confident won't interfere with clear communication. As for the price, you are getting a lot for your money. This camera was about $38 at the time of purchase, so it came with free Amazon shipping as the product is over the $35 threshold Amazon sets for free shipping. It has 1080P resolution. I think the description might have said it was 2K, but it's not as far as I can tell. 1080P is fine for me, since I'm not planning to produce web content with it. It has auto-focus which is great and it works. It also has a privacy shutter that is integrated into the body of the device that slides back and forth. It doesn't look like an afterthought like it does on some other cameras in this price range.

For the price
For the price I'd say these are hard to beat! Speaker and mic work very well for Teams/Meet calls. Camera quality is better than average. Would recommend.

Would be 10/10 if the camera settings weren't so odd
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a web cam to use for work from home that also had a built in speaker. I was sick of trying to use headphones so that is mostly why I selected this camera. Unfortunately, I kind of hate this camera feature. It is such a wide angle and everyone can see way too much of my home office. It's a very unnecessary wide view. There is a "speaker view" setting where it zooms in on you, which is nice, EXCEPT that it doesn't stay there. Why would anyone want their camera going in and out, ever? This is such a dumb feature and they should have just left it as the zoomed in part ONLY and then it would be a perfect camera angle for working from home! It's super annoying and awkward for it to go in and out and people will ask you what is going on with your camera. Honestly the sound quality is great, people can hear me great, and the picture quality is also much better than your standard web cam. They really ruin this camera with the dumb angles and stupid in and out feature.
