Holds hair style well.
I use a dime size amount in my hands & make sure I get it on all my hair. I use it before the Loma Curly Crème & put the curly crème on top.. Either air dry or blow dry. It holds well for me.

This is a very firm whole gel and for me counts as my holy Grail. When I use it at home I can get 3 to 4 days of style out of my hair before I wash again. When my hairdresser does it at the salon I can often get 7 days.

The GOAT
This gel is by far the best I have found for my 3c curly hair. I have tried countless gels, but nothing compares. It truly is the GOAT of gels. It provides long-lasting hold, tames frizz, and a little goes a long way. However, it’s hard to find because it's only sold in a few salons here or available online.

Wonderful product!
This gel is better than I'd expected. My main concern was sculpting waves with it, and it did a beautiful job. A bit sticky and stiff, but that was to be expected. When I brushed out the waves, my hair was full of body, and the waves still held. I will purchase this again.

Just not quite my cup o' tea
I'm trying desperately to find more natural products that work as well as the toxin filled crud I used for years. It's hard and I know I'll never find the exact same thing. I feel like this is a good product for what it is, but I'm having trouble with the texture it leaves on my hair. I moved to South Florida from Oklahoma and the humidity (though we had a ton in OK) is worse here - and I have some seriously curly hair. Trying to adjust with the new climate AND new products is proving to be quite a challenge. This product does not keep the humidity away and I have trouble with it feeling tacky/greasy. I've tried mixing with other products as well as just flat out using less in case I am overdoing it, but I just can't get the same definition I'm used to. I blow dry my hair, it's too thick to allow air drying, so I know all about the casting etc etc.. and it's just not what I'm used to. For my hair and this climate, I think I'll keep searching, but it'll work in between. I can see using a lesser amount on hair that isn't a super tight curl working beautifully.
