It works decent. While working moving around cooking cleaning . Helps hold on the muscle pain while doing activities Sitting getting up also was apart of. Also It’s just depends person how often how much they are able wearing . Super comfortable unlike other belts uneasy and tight hard to deal with Adjustability. Purchased 2 times few years back I had pulled muscle pinched nerve or sciatica.this belt helped get through the day standing moving in office. Recently my family member had almost same issues lower back issues but not exactly sciatica. I purchased again so far it’s working for her. Being specific on details different kind of back pain so possible can help others read review.. so yes it’s very decent belt easy peasy . Help get through the day.

I purchased this for a trip to Disneyland, as per my Accupuncturist advice since I was having lower back pain. I chose this one due to the magnetic heat option. Well...it worked! I walked, stood all day, no back pain at all! And I did feel heat! I loved the magnetic heat! If you get overheated this probably isn't for you. It felt like a little heating pad with support. Worked great!!

Nice to have the secondary adjustment. Sizing guide seems accurate. Just be sure to measure where you will be wearing it (at waist vs lower back). Wide enough to give good support, but not too wide.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I wanted it for the magnets. There are a couple tiny ones on each side. They are so weak that metal won't even stick to them. Waste of money. Also there is a lot of vinyl on it. I would bet it would make you sweat like crazy. Will be returning it asap.

My back isn’t in the greatest shape, with age comes arthritis. I’ve been using the belt when I lift weights and it does help with the back discomfort I won’t lift without it..

Pro: it does create heat after stay with skin for over 2 hours while moving around, so the heating function does work, website should give people this instruction. Con: Velcro does not work at all, both male/female part totally weak, I had to sew on my own Velcro I did introduce my friend's mom to buy due to its heating function.
