Where does the sugar come from in the unflavored? all others i see which are pure whey isolate do not have any sugar. is this added sugar?

There are no added sugars. Those are the natural sugars in wpi

Can it be mixed in food

Pretty dang good

This whey isolate is one of the best I’ve found. Ingredients, taste, mix ability & no stomach issues. Price is decent for the amount. Also like that it doesn’t have any gum ingredients that make it more thick than it needs to be. For me, nutricost & T Labs have the best whey isolate in this price range.I had strawberry flavor

Good overall but doesn’t mix fully

Taste is good and achieve desired benefits, that being said does not seem to mix fully and leaves some chunks at the bottom using blender bottle.
