This is a great product that really helped with my heat rash.

It certainly helps with the itching in the groin area, and it has reduce the frequency, however I'm going give it another few weeks to see if it goes away completely

I had an underarm rash from hell for months & I used a whole tube of lotrimin ultra & cortisone 10 & neither helped much but I put this on & within 2 days i started to see results!

The soap dries out our underarms and actually makes it worse. The cream is okay though

Been using a couple of days on my skin folds. Use your imagination... its fairly easy. Use the soap let it sit and work a few minutes that shower as normal. Dry off and put lotion/cream on and get dressed. The soap has a very lite scent, that won't interfere with your normal daily scent product..
