Country Life Target-Mins Magnesium with Silica 300 mg 120 Vegetarian Capsules

I’ve tried multiple types of magnesium. This one is the only one that makes the cramps stop within 24 hours and keeps them away as long as I take it.

The Country Life Magnesium supplements come in easy-to-swallow capsules. There's no taste to them, and they are reasonably priced. I take 2 just before bed, and they keep my limbs & head from jerking. As long as I take these, I have no muscle spasms or restless legs keeping me awake at night, or full-body spasms any time if day. I highly recommend magnesium supplements, and the Country Life brand works well for me.
