Such a great black tea taste! One of my Favorites. Just a bit different than standard "European" breakfast teas. Has an aspect like Darjeeling to it, but smooth. Love it.

I was looking for something similar to whatever tea is used in boba shops and ceylon wasn't matching the flavor profile, someone suggested chinese breakfast tea. I was skeptical but it is very close, just make sure to steep at least 4-5 mins. This is good hot or cold but is great cold and served with fresh boba pearls

I’ve been looking for years for the perfect tea to have at home that would be the perfect mix with milk to have that boba-shop experience at home. Most teas are too sour, or don’t have that spice that milk tea has. This tea however is the perfect match. Brews perfectly in 5 minutes, and is very smooth and pleasant. My search is over!

Subtle flavor profile, easy drinking

I've used Numi for a very long time, but this recent box of Chinese Breakfast tea is terrible. Distinctly sour and spoiled tasting, like the tea leaves were not properly dried. I have some of their loose leaf tea and other batches of this same boxed tea that taste nothing like it. It's not a minor deviation.

I bought this, trying out some new-to-me flavors from Numi. Was rather underwhelmed by this tea. It tastes sweeter than your average English or Irish breakfast teas, but nothing remarkable about it. If you like just an everyday black tea, then this tea is fine. But it's not adventurous.

This is my second experience with the Chinese Breakfast by Numi. The flavor is robust yet not overly strong. It's a full-bodied savory taste that is really smooth and leaves a very silky mouth feel. If you are looking for a good black tea this one is definitely on the list of good ones!
