I wasn't able to sleep. I heard from a friend of mine that chamomile tea would help me sleep. Well,it didn't. I just helps you to sleep better and not to get to sleep. However, the taste is amazing. It's very soothing, relaxing and calming. Once you have a sip of it,you would want more of it.An ELITE TASTE.The aroma is pretty good too.5/5
