Stick to a "paste"!
Awful. It's just runny/watery like texture and drips down from an electric toothbrush. Not thick and foamy like an actual toothpaste when you brush. Disappointed with this. Does leave your mouth minty in taste but teeth don't really feel clean when it's just like minty water! And doesn't help with sensitivity which is what Sensodyne are all about surely?!

Inaccurate description
If you are looking for white toothpaste this is not for you. I had bought this previously and it was blue gel, I wanted white paste and checked the description meticulously, it said 'Paste' in the description so I took a chance, it is blue gel.

Created sensitivity and pain
Made my tooth much more sensitive and even made other teeth that had previously had no issues or pain become sensitive. I only used it for 2 weeks, I will never use it again!
