There is nothing to dislike about this product. I’ve tried many different brands, but this one is hands down the best all around. I have a joint disorder that causes widespread chronic pain and muscle spasms which makes it really tough to get a good night’s sleep. I’m also prone to being a huge worry wart - also not conducive to feeling relaxed. My pain management doc recommended magnesium supplements, but no matter what kind I tried I ended up with digestive issues. I found out about magnesium flakes from a holistic pharmacist and was pretty skeptical, but they actually do work! The magnesium gets absorbed through your skin, so you don’t have any digestive side effects and it works so much more quickly than pills. As I’ve said, I tried several brands and this is the one I prefer because the added lavender and cedarwood essential oils really help calm the mind while the magnesium helps with muscle spasms, joint pain, restless legs and just all over body relaxation. It smells amazing too! You can use it as a foot soak if you don’t have a tub, it’s supposed to work the same way, though I’ve never tried it. Great pain relief plus mind and body relaxation! Amazing product!

Love the smell of this product when package is opened. Once poured into bath, smell is not noticeable, but the silkiness of the water is very noticeable. These flakes dissolve instantly so one does not have to stir and stir the water to make the product dissolve like some granular formulations. Soaking in a bath with this product added, helps with muscle soreness and relaxation and greatly helps one to sleep better. Another added benefit, if you live in an area with chiggers, is that this soak seems to take away the itch if you have gotten any chigger bites during the day. Imagine it might also work for mosquito bites. Regardless, it is soothing to the skin and an easy way to enjoy the healthful benefits of magnesium.

it was a gift to my daughter. she has trouble sleeping so i thought to get her this. she usually takes a bath every night to relax her and has been using this. she says it helps her sleep.

I am in love with this product. The scent is subtle and not overpowering, but it smells SO GOOD. My feet are so soft, even after only one soak and I had no idea Cedarwood oil helps release melatonin in the body. I have purchased so many magnesium lotions and sprays in the past because I know magnesium is better absorbed through the skin instead of through an oral supplement, but all of those lotions stank and burned my sensitive skin. I finally found an enjoyable way to incorporate magnesium into my health plan. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a PDF guide after my purchase, alerting me to tips on how to use magnesium to better my health. Great product! And I can afford it too! I enjoy supporting small businesses that truly care about their customers too and that is obvious through this purchase. A+

Only giving this 4 stars for now because I've only opened & checked out the bath salts & smelled it. I can't make a full critique until I actually try it in the bath. The positives are that it is a generous size bag & the salts look great. Not yet 100% sure about the fragrance. Smelling it in the open bag, it smells a bit medicinal rather than pronounced aroma of lavender or cedarwood, perhaps I'm smelling mostly the cedarwood. I won't know if I like the fragrance until I actually use it in the bath, but I am feeling that, therapeutically, I really like it, as I do their bottled Aloe Vera. Hope to come back & update once I have tried the salts in my bathtub.

Maybe one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had on Amazon. Bought the product just to try it. Got a well written email from the seller expressing their customer service first attitude. I got the product on time in wonderful condition and tried it last night. It’s like being transported to a high-end spa experience I’ve only had a few times in my life. The smell was so incredible, it was an amazing escape. I slept amazing last night dreaming of calm and relaxing things. I will definitely buy this again, refer to friends and buy as gifts for family.

This was recommended by a friend. I am ecstatic to have found it! I have since learned that not all Magnesium soaks are the same. Most epsom salts are magnesium sulfate, this product is Magnesium Chloride which apparently allows for a more easily absorbed magnesium soak. I find this soak to be the most effective I have found. I have used Dr. Teal's for years and this is no comparison. The salts are flaky and exquisite. The smell is incredible and rich without being overpowering. I have also used this as a gift and everyone loves it. I especially use this after exercise or hard work outside and it is incredibly restorative.

This is an amazing product! I started with the yellow bag and now I am trying the blue bag. Both have had an incredible effect on bringing down my eczema and psoriasis flare ups. I am using less lotions/ointments as I believe the magnesium is healing my skin from both ailments. There are so many benefits from getting magnesium absorbed into your skin-I’m so glad I found this product to take care of making sure my body gets what it needs. I use it nightly in the bath. Both types smell really good as well-scents are relaxing. I was using Epsom salts and switched to these because of the increased benefits. Highly recommend!

Creo que es un producto de calidad. Aunque yo no lo he comprado para hacer baños, sino para hacer aceite de magnesio y no sé si para eso me dará buen resultado. Porque de momento todavía no lo he empezado a utilizar con ese fin.
