Incredible value and a perfect size
I am an astronomy nerd from way back, but left my gear behind when I moved, and have also been getting more into birding lately, especially with doing a lot more walks around Central Park and upper Manhattan since the pandemic started and seeing lots of nifty new creatures. I saw these binoculars recommended by the Manhattan Bird Alert twitter feed (among other places) and decided to treat myself. But given the price it's hardly that much of an outlay! And they are a wonderful piece of kit - comparing them to my old binoculars I had for astronomy (7x50 or 10x50 porro prisms) they are much lighter and more compact, and feel really solid: they don't feel fragile or something that you have to be fearful of carrying around. I suppose there are lighter models out there but I think these are a perfect weight - too light and the hand wobble can be problematic. They're also really well-balanced in the hand. Also the optics are outstanding for this price. Of course all optics have some limitations, and these aren't perfectly colour-corrected or 100% sharp edge-to-edge, but they are far beyond the other low-price binoculars I've owned in the past. The moon is always a challenging target for optics with the huge contrast, but you don't get swamped in reflections or chromatic aberration. I can't quite see the entire field of view with my glasses on but I can see most of it, and the twisty eye cups work really well if I take off my glasses. The focus knob is really smooth and easy to use even with gloves on. So in summary, for the price I can't imagine a more ideal pair of binoculars for casual/semi-casual use. If you spent double or more the price you could get something a bit better, but I doubt that most people would notice much difference.

Best glass I have owned
I was in desperate need of glass for 3d and hunting. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the binos in the mail. The quality in these binos are very very nice. Standing at 40 yards looks like I'm 10 feet from my archery target. Very easy to adjust to my eye sight as well. 10/10 I would buy again and suggest to anyone looking for solid binos on a budget. They sure don't look or feel like budget binoculars. God bless.

Far exceeded my expectations
I purchased these as a Christmas gift to replace a pair of several years old Bushnell binoculars my husband has been using to watch the birds. He started stocking several feeders we have installed during the winter months for the past few years. Living in the mid-Atlantic region, we get a nice variety of birds coming for dinner on a regular basis and the diverse flock returns within minutes after the first filling each and every year. Even before opening our gifts and being “blessed” with a very cold, white Christmas, he set out shortly after 7 am to refill all the feeders because as he said, “The birds need to eat and I’ve got to clear those several inches of snow so they can get to their seed. It’s Christmas!”. In early afternoon after reading all about the binoculars, he got settled at the kitchen window to look at the varieties of visitors to our avian airport. The detail we can now see on our little friends is simply amazing! We’re both glasses wearers and the eye sockets on this model are so comfortable and allows us to get an up close and personal look at our winged visitors, we both were overjoyed with the results. He even attached the included cell phone attachment and tried a few pics with a couple of shots (pic attached). I am sure we’ll improve over time and have already started looking for a tripod attachment to use with the binoculars. I could not be happier with my purchase and am very sure he will get years of enjoyment out of these binoculars.

Very Impressed
10x42 (or 8x42) is recommended for Alaska cruising, and our 10th anniversary finds us embarking on our first cruise - thus our first binoculars. Immediately impressed with these. They outshine the older Bushnells loaned to us by a friend with the same specs: seem clearer, crisper, easier to adjust and handle. There's a little bit of heft to them; they seem sturdy, durable. We bought a $30 generic brand to compare and you can definitely see the quality difference: the generic is lighter, with cheaper plastic, doesn't seem as smooth in its visual acuity or adjustments. Functionally the same, tho the eye relief on these seem better and the lens adjustments stay in place/don't feel flimsy. That said, these may be considered compact for the specs, but you just don't get compact at this magnification. These are decently heavy and sizeable - enough to give me pause when considering lugging them around my neck on hikes and excursions. Maybe stowing then in my sling bag is an option, but I've got neck and shoulder problems from old car accident injuries, and I think this weight and size might be too much for the kind of outdoor activities we do. Because I can't get them any smaller, I'm going to look into a monocular style viewer to reduce size and weight. That said, the phone adapter technically works but it's flimsy - the phone and whole assembly can slip off at any moment: it only attached by sliding onto the end with nothing to keep it there or lock it in place. The weight of the phone pulls it askew/off. It's easy to line up the view but crazy bulky and awkward to use. I immediately decided there was no way I was going to mess with it on a trip. Maybe it would be fine while mounted on the tripod and completely stationary, but I need it on the move! Lens caps and viewing caps are great, quality, convenient, both attachable, the latter with a strap. The less to lose the better! I definitely recommend the binoculars, not so much the adapter. Photos included for size reference in hand and by my trusty 10 oz coffee mug.

Update: Amazing Warranty Service/ What a difference a good pair of binoculars make!
Update - after having these for 2 years and using the heck out of them, I unexpectedly realized I was missing on of the adjustable twist-up eyecups. I'm not sure how it happened, I hadn't dropped them. But one time when I used them it was there, then after hiking several miles I used them again and it was gone. I knew these had a "limited lifetime warranty," but I was skeptical. I've been burned on warranty promises before, even those I had paid extra for. But I submitted my claim, expecting if I was lucky I'd get a replacement part or even somewhere to take it for service or a request to send it in and wait weeks (months) for the repaired binoculars to be returned. Instead I received a fast response asking for a photo, and based on the photo I sent they sent me a brand new set up binoculars in about 3 days! Wow! These are just a superior product overall and now I'm even more impressed by this company! Original Post: Over the past few years I've found myself grabbing for our binoculars more frequently rather watching birds in the backyard, eagles in the mountains, or whales in the ocean. Seeing the enjoyment I got out of it, my husband got me this pair for my birthday. Wow, I didn't know what I was missing. The clarity on these is so much better than my old set. They are easy to use, and have a very durable feel to them. The attachment for the cell phone is a cool, unexpected feature. I haven't used it yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so.

Binocular w/iPhone Adapter
The Gosky 10x42 binoculars provide decent viewing quality, but I found the phone adapter setup to be frustrating. It took multiple attempts to properly align the adapter with my iPhone camera, and every time I attached the phone to the binoculars, the alignment seemed to shift and require readjustment. The combined weight of the binoculars and iPhone also made the setup feel heavy and somewhat awkward to use. Another drawback is that I could not use the adapter while my iPhone was in its protective case, which added another step to the process. During one adjustment, the adapter pressed against the side well below buttons on my phone and accidentally started calling 911, which was definitely not expected. Once everything is finally aligned, the system works, but the setup process was much more difficult and time-consuming than I anticipated. Overall, the binoculars themselves seem fine, but the phone adapter experience needs improvement. It did not work for me and I returned.

The tripod works if you attach it right
The tripod has to be attached to the metal adapter first or its almost impossible.. I seen a review that said it doesn't work. You have to keep pressure to get the screw in place. The metal was not drilled that good. The eye releaf is good for glasses wearers. The weight is good. I think it looks like a quality binocular, the tripod is ok i got one myself that goes over 6 feet. Its not blurry normal distortion (I think it reminds me of the nature dx but the minimum focus is close to 15 feet. I tried out their 10x42 at my library this one has good eye releaf unlike the 10x.

Leggero economico e funzionale

Good all-round system
Firstly, it is very affordable. Secondly, although it came with many free add-ons, its quality has not diminished. Thirdly, it is solidly built with a sleek design. Fourthly its optics are superb, clear and sharp. Highly recommended and this debunked the myth that budget binoculars are always subpar.
