Can you use this as a shampoo??

Absolutely, positively yes. You can use almost any body wash as a shampoo. Body washes, hand soaps and shampoos use basically the same ingredients, but are labeled differently, often for marketing purposes. Of course there may be differences, including moisturizing additives, fragrances, etc. You can be the judge as to whether this product or any liquid wash, leaves your hair the way you like, as far as texture, shine and so on. I often use my body washes as shampoo, but since I have long hair that is dry, I follow up with conditioner. To sum up - you can use any liquid wash as a shampoo, you will be the judge as to the aesthetic results and whether it's right for you.

Yes, it is. It has a very gentle cleanser (second ingredient) it is not a soap.

can i shower with this instead of soap?

Yes!! Please note that they call it a Body Wash. It always helps when you use any kind of liquid body wash in the shower, if you use a washing sponge, puff or the like. You'll get a lot more suds and it will go further.

Does this wash contain sweet almond oil?

It doesn’t seem to have almond oil in it from what I can see from the ingredients. But here is a video photo of them so you can look for yourself

I have eczema, and my skin tends to be easily irritated by many products. However, since using this body wash, I haven't experienced any irritation at all.
