Crochet: this is a really lovely yarn. It is so lovely and soft and doesn't have that awful squeak that you get with some acrylic yarns, there's no plasticy feel to this at all. I've used to to make a cardigan and it feels so nice against my skin. The colour transitions are nice and gentle and the colours are really pigmented. The yarn itself is lovely to work with, I have not noticed any splitting at all whilst crocheting. I used the centre pull (always a risk) but had very minimal "yarn barfs", any that did occur were easy to release. I have knocked one star off as there were multiple knots through the cake where the yarn had been joined in manufacturing, which can be annoying. I tend to but bigger cakes and skeins of variegated yarn as I HATE weaving in ends and dealing with knots, so it's a bit disappointing when I still have to do so. Nevertheless, I absolutely would buy this yarn again. Lion Bran is a firm favorite of mine already so this did not disappoint.

Lovely colour transitions for the cardigan I am crocheting. Yarn is soft and doesn’t split - so easy to work with. Very happy with it so far. Machine washable.

Fast delivery, good colours, smooth and no knots so far I'm on my second ball making a huge throw. I wouldn't consider lionbrabd for my crochet but I have to say I am very impressed. Lovely yarn , fast delivery, possibly a little expensive, but I didn't have to leave the house and I came the next day! BRILLIANT!

When I tell you this yarn is so unbelievably soft, I am not joking. It is not scratchy like most acrylic yarns. It is soft. It almost has like a cotton-like feel. I bought one cake and I made a whole sweater from it and I'm a big girl so if you were smaller you can get two pieces maybe more but I love this. I ended up buying more than one and I will buy again most definitely in different colour ways! It's really great value for money. It's easy to use for anyone. Absolutely love it. It frogs wonderfully as well.
