This product works, however, you need to be sure to drink plenty of water when taking this as it can dehydrate you. In addition to keeping bacteria from attaching to the bladder wall it causes a diuresis which means it makes you urinate more than you otherwise would, and this action flushes out bacteria, which is good. Being dehydrated however, is not good. I take trioral hydration salts while taking this product to keep from getting dehydrated.

Ladies this stuff works great! Use it even if you think you might have a UTI coming. I have a history have UTIs so sometimes I use it before and after intimacy. So worth the money!
