These vitamins are great. No complaints.. other than the fact that you still will get the fish burps and it does definitely have a peppermint flavor when you swallow them. I think we’ve noticed higher energy and feeling better.. probably overall a lot better than regular vitamins. I’ve heard they absorb more thoroughly.

I love these multi-vitamins they are great! I have no side effects other than better energy and mood. The odor is like a mint odor which I find great and more attractive to take. Some people may think they are expensive so may want to know if it’s worth it. I believe it’s great value for the money.

I've tried several different types of multi-vitamins for men throughout the years, and definitely find these the best. Beyond the nice aesthetics of the pill and good minty taste, these Ritual vitamins actually make me feel more energized. I notice that I get sick less often too. I've expanded my vitamin purchases to include all the Ritual vitamin products now. There's really no downside to taking them: our health is our wealth!

I've been taking these multivitamins for about 2 months now and am satisfied with them overall. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I think you can save a little bit of money subscribing directly through the company which I may do if I continue using these. I got the fishy burps others have mentioned for a couple of weeks but that has since stopped for me. Its also nice that these don't upset my stomach, and I always take them first thing in the morning before I eat anything. I'm definitely not super educated on health/ingredients but from the research I've done these seem to be good quality. Haven't really noticed any changes as far as energy level or anything else, but I didn't really expect to either. I'm more so taking these because I know I don't have the best diet, and hoping these are giving me at least some of the things I'm missing.

These smell really good. This is our first bottle smells clean like mint. Seems quality is good.

If you want to try something other than sweet gummies, this is the way. Does not taste like sugar (swallow, dont chew).

Great multivitamin, my mid-day sleepiness is gone and I no longer feel so sluggish. As other reviews mention, there is a fishy taste from burps but this can be solved by not taking these on a empty stomach.

DECENT but the mint smell and flavor is sooo overpowering. I seriously thought when I took these, “what idiot would coat these in mint… nobody gives a crap about a vitamin flavor.” And you know what’s worse… the mint burps afterwards. UGH DISGUSTING.
