I have been using this for a few months now. The other day I’m looking in the mirror and I noticed my skin looked different. It looked radiant and healthy. It took a minute but then I realized it must be the supplement. I do get out in the California sun. But I use sunscreen and do Not allow my face to tan (prior skin cancers) but my skin has a glow. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

I've been taking this for about 2 weeks now and I've noticed more energy, and less aches. I think it's going to take some time of consistent use to see what this can really do. The soft gels are small and tasteless. Make sure this is taken with food as it is fat-soluable. Each softgel is one dose so for a two-month supply, the price is very reasonable. The bottle came sealed.

Definitely has helped me a lot with my cognitive function. I noticed a difference in a couple of weeks. Then I ran out of them and didn’t take them for a week and I noticed that I was super forgetful so five stars all the way if you can’t remember why you walked into a room.
