Taste is not so great, better with less water, or added to juice, but have tasted far worse from other companies I use this as a preworkout. I have an incredibly sensitive digestive system and unable to take any caffeine, so use the caffeine free one. No digestive issues at all with it. One very noticeable thing is that I don’t ache the next day, even after a heavy weightlifting session. I have passed many of my personal bests with this product, managed to get back up to single arm bent over rows with 40 lb dumbbell, haven’t managed that for a few years due to shoulder surgery in last couple of years. If you can get past the taste, then it’s worth it. Even if I take this in the early evening to do a workout, It doesn’t keep me awake, which being an insomniac is a bonus, a lot of other stim free preworkout products from other companies would keep me wide awake. Price wise, I don’t have an issue, due to other products from other companies costing basically around the same price.

I like the flavor. I have been drinking a few other supplements, and I can’t really tell if this one is the one that did the magic. I saw really good changes that I never saw before. The flavor is ok, use a lot of ice and enough water. What I don’t appreciate most is that this supplement is way more expensive than others. I would buy it again if I’m sure this one is the one that made the big changes. I won’t buy it again for now. I want to try with a different one, and see if I can get same results.

Don’t live the taste but I love what it does for my workout and body! Makes me feel great through the day. Mixes well. Dissolves easily.

I would hope that they fix the disgusting taste that this supplement has because i can hardly stomach it it’s the grossest drink I’ve ever tried so i hope it works and that I see results that’s what’s important but mean time I’ll just have to stomach it and see from there

I’ve been taking amino acids for years during workouts, so I have a lot to compare with. Some caused allergic reactions — red spots on my face from artificial flavors, others just tasted awful. These ones are a game changer! I mix 1 scoop with 1 liter of water — the taste is light and tropical, just right for me, and no side effects at all. Plus, they contain caffeine, which gives me even more energy. They really work for me!

I can’t attest for the effectiveness of this as I could hardly choke it down. The taste has some kind of aggressive metallic-ness to it that made it difficult to drink. Will not purchase again and wish I could return it.
